Booking Information

We require a 50% deposit and accept cash, cheques, credit card or BACS payment. Once your payment is cleared, we shall issue a confirmation, and your booking will be firmly in place.

Payment of balance. Accounts must be settled in full before departure.
Cancellation. Should you need to cancel your booking, please advise us immediately.
No deposits can be refunded within 10 days of a booked visit.

The house is not accessible before 4.30p.m. on any day, except of course for breakfast which is served in the dining room between 7.30 and 9 in the mornings Monday to Friday, and on Saturday and Sundays we serve breakfast from 8 to 9.30. Please pre book the time that you wish to arrive for breakfast.

Should you have any special dietary requirements, it is important to let us know at the booking stage, so that we can make arrangements in advance.
For guests staying in the Coach House we offer a continental breakfast served on a tray and delivered to your room

Guests are welcome to arrive after 4.30p.m. Afternoon tea is served between 4.30 and 5.30pm, so you can book in and relax immediately!

If you plan to arrive later than 7pm, please let us know an estimated time so that someone is here to say hello and show you to your room. The latest check out is 11a.m.

On the day of your departure, our cleaning staff need access to your room by 11a.m.
Do let us know if you would like a hand with your luggage.

Children under the age of 12 years are welcome to stay free with parents.

Well behaved dogs can be accommodated in one of our stables - free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BUILDINGS WITHOUT EXCEPTION ARE NON-SMOKING.

DAMAGES INCURRED DURING YOUR STAY MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL

We offer parking with ample turning space. Cars are parked at owner’s risk.
